Terms and Conditions for Custom Jerseys Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of custom jerseys by Newcore Sports to customers. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and Customization

-All jerseys are made-to-order based on the specifications you provide.

-You are responsible for ensuring that all customization details (e.g., names, numbers, sizes, colors) are accurate before submitting your order.

-Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing and Payment

-All prices are listed in [CAD] and are subject to change without notice.

-50% payment is required at the time of order 

-Remaining payment to be paid upon delivery

-We accept [MasterCard, Visa, Debit, Cash, E-transfer].

-NO CHEQUES

4. Production and Delivery

-Production time for custom jerseys is typically [10-30] business days.

-Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method.

-We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

-Due to the custom nature of the products, all sales are final.

-Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

-You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a resolution.

6. Sizing and Fit

-Please refer to our sizing chart before placing an order.

-We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

-You confirm that any logos, names, or designs submitted do not infringe on any third-party rights.

-We reserve the right to refuse any design that we deem inappropriate or unlawful.

8. Limitation of Liability

-Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

-We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy

-Your personal information will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for fulfillment.

10. Governing Law

-These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes to Terms

-We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
